From Croagh Patrick, head south on the R335 road towards Westport. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with the N59. Turn left onto the N59. Continue on the N59 for approximately 6 kilometers. Errif Woods is located on the left side of the road. Look for the parking area near the entrance, which is well-marked.
Public Transportation
From Croagh Patrick, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Bus Route 440 towards Westport. Make sure to check the schedule in advance for bus timings. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop for the N59. From here, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along the N59 to reach Errif Woods, which will be on your left. Be cautious as this road can be busy with traffic.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Croagh Patrick. Head south on the R335 road, then turn left onto the N59. The journey is approximately 6 kilometers. Keep to the side of the road and use bike lanes where available. Errif Woods will be on your left; look for the designated parking area.
