From Croagh Patrick, head southeast on the R335 towards Westport. Continue for about 6 kilometers until you reach the junction with the N59. Turn left onto the N59, which heads towards Newport. After approximately 9 kilometers, you will see signs for Newport; follow the signs and keep straight. As you enter Newport, continue straight until you reach Carrowbaun. The Newport Viaduct will be located on your left, visible from the road.
