Getting There

    From the center of Dingle, head south on Main Street towards the harbor. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the N86 road towards Tralee. After about 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for 'Slea Head Drive' on your left. Turn left here and follow the road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach a sign for 'Fahan Beehive Huts'. At this point, you'll see a small parking area. Park your vehicle here, then follow the marked walking path that leads to the beehive huts, which are about a 15-minute walk uphill from the parking area.

  • Public Bus

    Take the local bus service from Dingle to the Fahan area. The bus departs from the bus station located on Green Street. Check the bus schedule for the latest times, as they may vary. Once you arrive at the Fahan stop, get off the bus and follow the signs directing you to the Fahan Beehive Huts. The huts are a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop along a well-marked path.
