Walking

From the center of Dingle, head south on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the street. Take the first exit onto the R559 road, which leads out of Dingle. Follow the R559 for approximately 3 miles (5 kilometers). As you approach Ventry, keep an eye out for signs indicating Ventry pier, which will be on your right. The pier is located at the end of the road, where you will find parking and a scenic view of Ventry Harbour.
Public Bus

From Dingle, you can take the local bus service to Ventry. Head to the bus stop located on the main street in Dingle, near the tourist office. Look for Bus Eireann Route 275, which travels towards Ventry. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ventry bus stop, walk down the road towards the pier. It is a short walk of about 10 minutes from the bus stop to Ventry pier.
Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Dingle. Start on Main Street and head towards the R559 road. Follow the same route as if you were walking, cycling along the scenic road for about 3 miles (5 kilometers). Keep to the right side of the road and enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside as you approach Ventry. The pier will be on your right as you arrive in the village of Ventry.
