    From Drogheda, head to the Drogheda Bus Station located at 1-2 Fair Street. Take the Bus Eireann route 100 towards Dublin. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Busáras (Dublin Bus Station), exit the bus and walk towards the nearest bus stop on Store Street. From there, take the Dublin Bus route 130 towards Clontarf. Get off at the Clontarf Castle stop, which is a short walk from the Clontarf Promenade.

    Make your way to Drogheda Train Station, which is located at 1a Station Road. Board a train heading to Dublin Connolly Station. This journey will take about 30 minutes. Once at Dublin Connolly, exit the station and walk to the nearest bus stop on Amiens Street. Take the Dublin Bus route 130 towards Clontarf. Get off at the Clontarf Castle stop, then follow the signs to Clontarf Promenade.

  • Walking

    If you are in the town center of Drogheda, head towards the River Boyne. Walk along the riverbank towards the east until you reach the Boyne Viaduct. Cross the river and follow the signs to the bus or train stations to continue your journey towards Clontarf, as walking directly to Clontarf from Drogheda is not feasible due to distance.
