Walking
If you are starting from Trinity College Dublin, exit the college through the main gate onto College Green. Turn left and walk along the street until you reach the intersection with Dame Street. Continue straight onto South Great George's Street. Walk for about 10 minutes, passing by various shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Parnell Street, turn right and continue straight. You will eventually reach North Earl Street. The James Joyce Statue is located at the end of North Earl Street, on your left, in the vicinity of the Dublin Writers Museum.

From O'Connell Street, take bus number 4 or 7 heading towards Finglas or Kilbarrack. Get off at the stop named 'Parnell Square'. Walk down Parnell Square and turn left onto North Earl Street. Walk straight for a few minutes, and you will see the James Joyce Statue on your right, located near the Dublin Writers Museum.

Starting from the Abbey Theatre, exit the theatre and turn left onto Abbey Street. Walk straight until you reach O'Connell Street. Cross O'Connell Street and head towards the Liffey River. Once at the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the O'Connell Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto D'Olier Street, then turn right onto College Green. Continue walking straight until you reach South Great George's Street, then proceed as described in the first route.
