If you are already within Trinity College Dublin, you can easily navigate to the main attractions. Start at the Main Gate located on College Green. From there, walk straight ahead through the cobbled paths of the college. You will pass the beautiful Campanile and various historic buildings. Follow the signs to the Old Library, which houses the Book of Kells. The Old Library is located at the heart of the campus and is a must-see.
Public Transport (Bus)
If you are coming from a nearby area such as Temple Bar or O'Connell Street, you can take any bus that stops at College Green. Look for buses with the numbers 25, 25a, 46a, or 145. You will need to have exact change or a Leap card to pay for your fare, which is approximately €2.00-€3.50 depending on the distance. Once you get off at College Green, Trinity College Dublin will be right in front of you.
DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)
If you are further away and using the DART, get off at Pearse Station. From Pearse Station, it is about a 10-minute walk to Trinity College. Exit the station and head towards Pearse Street, then turn left onto Westland Row. Continue straight until you reach College Green, where you will find the entrance to Trinity College. The fare for the DART varies but is typically around €2.50-€4.50.
