If you're starting from Eyre Square, head southwest towards the intersection with Prospect Hill. Continue straight onto Forster Street, then take a left onto the Quay Street. Walk along Quay Street until you reach the Spanish Arch. From there, continue along the promenade towards Salthill. After about a 30-minute walk along the coast, you will reach Upper Salthill Road. O'Connor's Famous Pub is located at Salthill House on your right.

From Eyre Square, walk to the bus stop at the top of Shop Street. Catch the number 404 bus heading towards Salthill. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Salthill House stop. Once you disembark, walk a short distance along Upper Salthill Road, and O'Connor's Famous Pub will be on your left.
