From the city center of Galway, walk towards Eyre Square. Once at Eyre Square, head southwest towards the Quay Street. Continue along Quay Street until you reach the Salthill bus stop. Take the Bus Eireann bus number 401 or 404 towards Salthill. Get off at the 'Salthill Promenade' stop. After disembarking, walk straight ahead towards the coast. You will see the beautiful Salthill Promenade along the waterfront.
