Getting There

Bus
From Eyre Square, take Bus Route 404 towards Menlo Castle. The bus stop is located on the western side of the square. Board the bus and stay on for about 20 minutes until you reach the Menlo Castle stop. After getting off, walk towards the castle which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from Eyre Square and head northwest on Shop Street. Continue straight until you reach the River Corrib. Cross the river using the Salmon Weir bridge, then turn right and follow the riverbank until you reach the junction with the N59 road. Turn left onto the N59 and follow it for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Menlo Castle will be on your right side. The walk should take about 45 minutes.

Bicycle
You can also rent a bicycle at one of the rental shops near Eyre Square. Take the same route as walking. Cycle northwest on Shop Street, cross the Salmon Weir bridge, and continue along the riverbank. When you reach the N59, turn left and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers until you see Menlo Castle on your right. The cycle should take around 20 minutes.
