From the Giant's Causeway visitor center, head east on the A2 road towards Bushmills. Continue for approximately 4 miles (6.4 km), following the signs for Bushmills. Once you reach the town, turn left onto Dunluce Road (B146). After about 1 mile (1.6 km), you will see Dunluce Castle on your left. There is parking available near the castle, but note that there may be a fee for parking.

To reach Dunluce Castle from the Giant's Causeway using public transport, take the bus service number 172 from the Giant's Causeway bus stop towards Bushmills. The journey takes about 15 minutes.
