If you are driving from Killarney town, head southwest on the N71 road. Continue for about 12 kilometers until you reach the junction for the R569 road. Turn left onto R569, which is signposted for Kenmare. After approximately 4 kilometers, take a right turn onto the L2003 road. After about 1 kilometer, you will find a small parking area near the Sheen Cascades. There may be limited parking available, so it is advisable to arrive early in the day.

To reach Sheen Cascades via public transport, take a bus from Killarney to Kenmare. Bus Eireann operates this route, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Kenmare, the best option is to take a taxi, as there is no direct public transport to Sheen Cascades from Kenmare. The taxi ride will take approximately 15 minutes and may cost around €15 to €20. It is advisable to book the taxi in advance.
