    Walking

    From Killarney town center, start at the Killarney Tourist Office located at 43 Main Street. Head southwest on Main Street towards College Street. After about 200 meters, turn left onto College Street. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the junction with the Ross Road. Turn right onto Ross Road. Follow Ross Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, enjoying the scenic view of Killarney National Park. You will see Ross Castle on your left, just before you reach the shores of Lough Leane.

    Public Transport

    Begin your journey at the Killarney Bus Station, located on Park Road. Take the Bus Eireann service towards Tralee, which stops near Ross Castle. Disembark at the Ross Castle stop. After getting off the bus, walk along the path towards the castle entrance, which is only a short distance from the bus stop.

    Biking

    If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Killarney. Start your ride from the town center and head southwest along Main Street. Continue onto College Street and then right onto Ross Road. The bike ride to Ross Castle covers about 1.5 kilometers and takes you through beautiful scenery in Killarney National Park. Once you reach Ross Castle, there are bike racks available for parking.
