Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the city center, head southwest on O'Connell Street towards Mallow Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Rutland Street. Turn left onto Rutland Street and walk about 500 meters. The Hunt Museum will be on your left, right at the corner of Rutland Street and the riverbank.

    You can take Bus Route 301 or 302 from Limerick City Bus Station. Board the bus at the station and inform the driver you want to get off at the Hunt Museum stop. The museum is just a short walk from the bus stop, head east on Rutland Street for about 100 meters, and you will find the museum on your right.

    If you prefer to ride a bicycle, you can rent one from a nearby bike rental service. Start at the city center and head towards the Shannon River.
