From Mizen Head, take the R591 road north towards the village of Goleen. Continue on the R591 until you reach the junction with the R586. Turn left onto R586 and follow the signs for Tooreen. As you approach Tooreen, look for signs indicating the Sheep's Head Walk. The Tooreen Turning Point is located along an unnamed road just off the main route. There is limited parking available near the starting point of the walk.
