If you're driving along Slea Head Drive, head towards the village of Kilmurry. Minard Castle is located just off the N86 road. From the Slea Head Drive, look for the signposts directing you to Kilmurry. Once in Kilmurry, take the turn onto the R559 road and continue for about 1 km until you see the signs for Minard Castle. There is limited parking available near the castle.

For those using public transport, take a bus that travels along the N86 route toward Dingle. You can catch a bus from Dingle town, which is approximately 20 minutes away from Kilmurry. Ask the driver to drop you off at Kilmurry. From the bus stop, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Minard Castle. Follow the R559 road until you reach the castle, which will be visible from the road.
