Bus
From Tralee, head to the bus station located on Edward Street. Look for the Bus Éireann services heading to Dingle. Purchase a ticket for Dingle, which is approximately a 30-40 minute journey. Once you arrive in Dingle, you will need to walk to Kilmalkedar Church. Exit the bus station and head southwest on Strand Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the R559. Turn left onto the R559 and follow the road for about 2.5 kilometers. Kilmalkedar Church will be on your right.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Tralee. Once you have your bike, head out of Tralee towards the town of Dingle. Follow the R559 road, which is approximately 20 kilometers from Tralee to Dingle. Upon reaching Dingle, continue on the R559 for another 2.5 kilometers until you see Kilmalkedar Church on your right.
Walking
Walking from Tralee to Kilmalkedar Church is quite a trek, as it is about 22 kilometers away. From Tralee, follow the signs towards Dingle, walking along the R559 road. The path is scenic but be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Once you get to Dingle, continue for about another 2.5 kilometers to reach Kilmalkedar Church, which will be on your right.
