If you are in the center of Tralee, head south on Edward Street towards the junction with Denny Street. Once you reach the junction, turn left onto Denny Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the N69 road. Follow this road out of Tralee, and after approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach Killarney. Look for signs directing you to the town center.

From Tralee, you can take a bus to Killarney. Head to the Tralee Bus Station located on the corner of the North Circular Road and the Castle Street. Check the schedule for buses heading to Killarney; they are frequent. Once you board the bus, enjoy the scenic ride, which takes roughly 30-40 minutes. The bus will drop you off at Killarney Bus Station, from where you can easily walk or take a local taxi to your desired destination in Killarney.
