After approximately 20 minutes, alight at the stop for Johnstown Castle Estate. From the bus stop, walk along the pathway towards the estate entrance, which is well-signposted.

If you're in the center of Wexford, you can also take a scenic walk to Johnstown Castle. Start at Wexford's Main Street and head towards the quay. Walk along the River Slaney until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight. Follow the signs for Johnstown, which will guide you along the Oldtown Lane. The total distance is approximately 3.5 kilometers, and it should take around 45 minutes to an hour to walk.

You can also opt for a taxi from Wexford town to Johnstown Castle Estate. Taxis are readily available at the main taxi rank on the quay or can be called directly. The journey by taxi should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
