Getting There

  • Bus

    From Wexford town, start at the Wexford Bus Station located on the corner of the Quays. You can take Bus Route 370, which goes towards Rosslare. Ensure you check the schedule for the latest timings. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will need to get off at the stop for 'Ardcavan'. Once you disembark, walk towards the North Slob area. Follow the signs pointing towards Wexford Wildfowl Reserve, which should take about 15-20 minutes on foot. The reserve is approximately 1.5 kilometers from the bus stop.

    If you prefer to walk from Wexford town center, head towards the Quays and follow the signposts towards the South Slob. Continue walking along the coast for around 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to North Slob. Turn onto this road and follow it for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the Wexford Wildfowl Reserve. This walk offers beautiful views of the estuary and is a great way to experience the local scenery.
