Getting There

Walking
Start from the Douglas Promenade, heading north towards the Sea Terminal. Once you reach the Sea Terminal, turn left onto the A2 road (also known as the Douglas to Ramsey road). Continue walking along the A2 for about 10 minutes until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A5 (also known as the Ballacraine Road). Follow this road for another 15 minutes, passing through an industrial area. Eventually, you will see a sign for Middle River Industrial Estate on your left. Turn left into the industrial estate and follow the road until you reach 4B Middle River Industrial Estate, which is the location of Hot Rocks Climbing Wall.

From the main bus station in Douglas, take bus number 3 towards the Industrial Estate. The bus will take you directly to the Middle River Industrial Estate. Alight at the stop nearest to the estate, which is usually the 'Middle River Industrial Estate' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the entrance of the estate, and follow the road until you reach 4B Middle River Industrial Estate, where Hot Rocks Climbing Wall is located.
