Getting There

Bus
From Douglas, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for the bus services heading towards Peel (the number 5 or 5A bus). Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. It will take about 30 minutes to reach Peel. Once you arrive at the Peel bus stop, disembark and walk towards the waterfront. The House of Manannan is located on Station Place, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Head straight towards the waterfront, and you will see the museum ahead.

If you're up for a walk, start from the center of Douglas and head towards the promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the junction with Victoria Street. Turn left onto Victoria Street and continue straight until you reach the edge of the town. From there, take the A1 road heading west towards Peel. It's approximately a 12-mile walk, which will take around 4 hours. As you approach Peel, follow the signs for the House of Manannan, which is located at Station Place near the waterfront.
