Getting There

Walking
From the center of Kirk Michael, head east on Main Road (A1) towards the roundabout. Continue straight at the roundabout onto the A1, following signs for Peel. After about 1.5 miles, you will reach a second roundabout. Take the first exit onto the B17 towards Patrick. Continue straight along the B17 for about 1 mile, and you will see the Patrick Old School on your left at Patrick Corner. The Centre for WW1 Internment is located here.

Bus
From Kirk Michael, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Road. Catch the bus heading towards Peel. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the Patrick stop. From there, walk back along the road for about 200 meters until you reach the Patrick Old School at Patrick Corner on your left.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Kirk Michael and ride east on Main Road (A1). Follow the same route as the walking directions, keeping an eye out for traffic. The ride to the Patrick Old School will take about 10-15 minutes depending on your speed. Once you reach the B17, turn left, and continue for about 1 mile until you see the school on your left.
