Walking
From the center of Peel, head southeast on the promenade towards the end of the bay. Continue walking along the coast until you reach the junction with the A27 road (Marine Parade). Turn left onto the A27 and follow the road for about 1.5 miles until you reach the town of St. John's. Here, you can take a break at the local shops or cafes. From St. John's, continue on the A27 towards the Glen Helen area for approximately 1 mile. Watch for signs indicating Glen Helen, and once you see the entrance to the glen, follow the path leading into the forest.

From Peel, walk to the nearest bus stop on the A27. Take the Bus Vannin service towards Douglas. You will need to get off at the 'St. John's' stop. From there, transfer to the bus heading towards 'Glen Helen'. The bus will take you directly to the entrance of Glen Helen. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as service may vary.
