Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the center of Peel, near the Peel Castle. Head northeast on the main street, leaving the castle behind you. Continue straight onto the A27 road, which is also known as the Shore Road. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A1 road towards Douglas. After about 1 mile, you will pass the Manx Radio building on your left. Continue straight, and in about 0.5 miles, you will reach Kingswood Grove on your right. The Manx Museum is located at 1 Kingswood Grove.

  • Bus

    From Peel Bus Station, take the bus service heading to Douglas. The buses are frequent, so you should not have to wait long. The bus will take you directly to the Douglas Bus Station, which is about 15 minutes away. Once in Douglas, exit the bus and head southeast on Harris Promenade towards the A1 road. Follow the A1 for about 0.5 miles and turn onto Kingswood Grove. The Manx Museum will be on your left.
