Walking
Starting from the center of Port St Mary, head north on the main street (Station Road) towards the A27. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A27 (signposted for Colby). Follow the A27 for approximately 1.5 miles. You'll pass through a scenic countryside area. Keep an eye out for the sign for MWT Earystane Nature Reserve as you approach Colby. The entrance to the reserve will be on your right. There should be clear markers indicating the nature reserve.

From Port St Mary, walk to the nearest bus stop on Station Road. Check the local bus schedule for routes towards Colby. Board the bus that goes in the direction of Colby and inform the driver that you are getting off at the stop closest to the A27. When you arrive in Colby, exit the bus and head east along the A27. The entrance to MWT Earystane Nature Reserve will be on your right after a short walk. Be sure to check the bus times for your return trip as well.
