From the center of Port St Mary, head south towards the sea. Walk along the promenade, which is situated directly next to the water. Continue walking along the coast until you reach the end of the promenade. You will see a path leading towards Chapel Beach. Follow this path, which may have some steps, and it will take you directly to Chapel Beach. The beach is located at approximately 54.0781 latitude and -4.7362 longitude.

If you are near the Port St Mary Harbour, start at the harbor area. Walk east along the harbor road until you reach the end of the harbor wall. From there, you can either take the coastal path directly to Chapel Beach or return to the promenade and follow the aforementioned route.
