If you are near the Old City of Acre, head towards the main square at the entrance of the Old City. From the square, walk towards the direction of the sea, keeping the walls of the Old City on your right. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the promenade. At the end, turn left onto Ha-Hagana Street. The Underground Prisoners Museum will be on your left side at Ha-Hagana St 10.

If you are starting from the Acre bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Ha-Tsvi Street). Take bus number 4 or 5 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Old City' bus stop. From there, walk towards the main square, then follow the waterfront promenade until you reach Ha-Hagana Street. Turn left onto Ha-Hagana Street, and the Underground Prisoners Museum will be located on your left at Ha-Hagana St 10.
