Walking
If you're starting from the Akko Old City, head towards the main entrance of the Old City which is near the Akko Port. Exit through the main gate and turn left. Follow the promenade along the Mediterranean Sea until you reach the beautiful views of the Acre Citadel and the marina. Continue walking along the waterfront; you’ll see signs directing you towards the central area of Acre. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Public Transport
If you are near the Akko Train Station, you can take Bus 1 or Bus 2 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Old City' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the entrance of the Old City and follow the directions provided for walking. The bus ride takes around 10 minutes, and the stop is well-marked.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Akko Port area. Cycle along the promenade heading towards the Old City. Make sure to follow the bike lanes which are available. Once you reach the Old City, park your bicycle in a designated area near the entrance. The cycling distance is about 2 km and should take around 10 minutes depending on your speed.
