If you are starting from the Be'er Sheva Central Bus Station, exit the station and head east on David Tuviyahu Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Yehuda Maccabi Street. Turn right onto Yehuda Maccabi Street and walk for another 300 meters. You will see Eliyahu Vaknin Garden on your left, just past a small intersection.
