Look for bus number 7 or 8, which both head towards the city center. Get off at the 'Ha'atzmaut' stop. From there, walk east on Ha'atzmaut Street until you reach the intersection with Simtat Shabazi. Turn left onto Simtat Shabazi, and Rishonim Park will be on your right after a short walk.
