If you are starting from the Be'er Sheva Central Bus Station, exit the station and head west on Hativat Yiftach St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ben Gurion Blvd. Turn right onto Ben Gurion Blvd and walk for about 1 km. You will notice several shops and cafes along the way. Once you reach the intersection with Yosef Tko'a St, turn left. Continue walking on Yosef Tko'a St for about 300 meters, and you will find Yosef Tkoah/Yaakov Hazan Park on your right.

From the Be'er Sheva Central Bus Station, take bus number 1, 2, or 6 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Yosef Tkoah' stop, which is located near the park. Once you get off the bus, walk for about 200 meters south on Yosef Tko'a St, and you will see the entrance to Yaakov Hazan Park.
