Walking
Starting from Manger Square, head south on Star Street (Umm Al-Sharayet Street). Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the main road (Bethlehem Road). Turn right onto Bethlehem Road and walk for approximately 500 meters. You'll see a small sign on your left indicating the path to Twins Cave. Follow the path, which is marked by small signs, for about 200 meters until you arrive at the cave entrance.

If you are near the Church of the Nativity, exit the church and walk towards Manger Square. From Manger Square, follow the previous walking directions: head south on Star Street, continue straight, turn right onto Bethlehem Road, and look for the signs leading to Twins Cave.
