Walking
If you are in the central area of Caesarea, head east towards the coastline. Follow the main path that runs alongside the beach. Continue walking until you reach the entrance of the Caesarea National Park, where you can purchase a ticket to enter. Once inside, follow the signs pointing towards the Hippodrome. The obelisk is located at the eastern end of the Hippodrome.

From the Caesarea Port area, walk north along the promenade. You will see the ancient ruins on your left as you approach the main archaeological site. Enter through the main entrance of the Caesarea National Park. After entering, make your way to the Hippodrome area, which is well-marked. The obelisk is situated at the eastern section of the Hippodrome, visible from a distance.

If you find yourself near the Caesarea Aqueduct, walk towards the main road leading to the national park. Turn right and continue until you reach the entrance of the park. After entering, follow the designated paths to the Hippodrome. The obelisk can be found at the eastern part of the site, and it should be easily visible from the main walking path.
