From the center of Caesarea, walk to the nearest bus stop. Look for bus line 25 or 26 that heads towards Haifa. Board the bus and sit back for approximately 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye on the stops; you will want to get off at the 'Haifa - Yefe Nof' stop. Once you alight, Yefe Nof will be within walking distance. Head towards the direction of the Mediterranean Sea and follow the signs to the viewpoint.

If you're near the Caesarea National Park, exit the park and head west towards the beach. Walk along the coastline heading north. This will take you along a scenic route, and after about 2 hours of walking, you will reach Haifa. Once you arrive in Haifa, ask locals for directions to Yefe Nof, known for its panoramic views.
