Getting There

Walking
From the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve entrance, head south along the main path. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork. Take the left fork towards the Dead Sea. After another 500 meters, you will reach the Dead Sea beach area. Here, you can find signs directing you to various attractions. Look for the signs pointing toward the Ein Gedi Spa, which is located on the beach. Follow the path for an additional 300 meters until you arrive at the Ein Gedi Spa, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Dead Sea.

Walking
If you are starting from the Ein Gedi Kibbutz, exit the Kibbutz grounds and turn right onto the main road. Walk along the road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the end of the Kibbutz. Continue straight, and you will see the path leading to the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve. Follow this path for approximately another 1 kilometer. Once you reach the Nature Reserve entrance, you can explore the various trails available or head directly to the Dead Sea beach area as described above.

Public Transport
If you are staying in a nearby area or traveling from Jerusalem, you can take a bus to Ein Gedi. Board the Egged bus number 486 from the Jerusalem Central Bus Station. The bus will take you directly to the Ein Gedi junction. Once you arrive at the junction, exit the bus and walk towards the sign for Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, which is about a 15-minute walk from the junction. Follow the same path as described earlier to reach the Dead Sea beach area.
