Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Hadera. Begin your ride by heading west towards the coast. Follow the path along the main roads leading to Mikhmoret. It is about a 10 km ride, which should take around 30-40 minutes. Upon reaching Mikhmoret, follow the signs to the beach area where Sea Reserve Gadur is located.
