From the central area of Carmel Center, head towards the Haifa Educational campus by walking east on HaNasi Boulevard. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Ha'Gefen Street. Turn right onto Ha'Gefen Street and walk straight for about 200 meters. You will see a small park on your left. Memorial Kamil Shehade is located at the end of the park, marked by a prominent memorial structure.

From any point in Carmel Center, locate the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 37 or 39 towards the Haifa University. Get off at the 'Haifa University' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk. Head south on Yefe Nof Street, then turn left onto Ha'Gefen Street. Continue walking straight; Memorial Kamil Shehade will be on your right after about 500 meters. Note that a bus ticket costs approximately 6.50 NIS.
