Walking
From any point in Carmel Center, head towards the Baha'i Gardens, following the signs for the Shrine of the Báb. The shrine is located at the top of the gardens, so you can enter the gardens from the entrance located at 1 Louis Promenade, Haifa. Once inside the gardens, take the steps or the paths that lead you upwards. The pathways are well-marked, and you'll be surrounded by stunning views of Haifa and the Mediterranean Sea as you ascend. The walk can take approximately 15-30 minutes depending on your pace.

Public Transport - Bus
If you prefer not to walk, you can take a bus from Carmel Center to the nearby area. Look for Bus Line 5 or 6 at the nearest bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as service may vary. The fare is approximately 6.50 ILS, and you can pay with a Rav Kav card or cash. Once you get off at the 'Baha'i Gardens' stop, you will need to walk a short distance along the paths leading to the Shrine of the Báb.
