After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Carmel Center' stop. From there, walk towards 'Yefe Nof Street' and continue straight until you reach 'Unnamed Road'. Follow 'Unnamed Road' for a short distance, and you will find 'אובליסק הקיסר' on your right side.

If you are near 'Haifa Bat Galim' train station, take a train towards 'Nahariya'. Get off at 'Haifa Merkaz HaCarmel' (Haifa Central) station. Once you exit the station, take bus number 37 towards 'Carmel Center'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Carmel Center' stop. Then follow 'Yefe Nof Street' straight to 'Unnamed Road'. Continue on 'Unnamed Road' for a short walk, and 'אובליסק הקיסר' will be on your right.

If you are near the Bahá'í Gardens, you can walk to 'אובליסק הקיסר'. Start at the entrance of the gardens and head down towards 'Yefe Nof Street'. Turn left onto 'Yefe Nof Street' and walk straight until you reach 'Unnamed Road'. Turn right onto 'Unnamed Road', and after a short walk, you will see 'אובליסק הקיסר' on your right.
