From Herzliya, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is likely 'Herzliya Terminal'. Take bus line 90 towards Tel Aviv. After approximately 20-30 minutes, get off at the 'Tel Aviv HaShalom' station. From there, transfer to bus line 5 towards 'Tel Aviv Yafo'. Get off at 'Beit HaBad' stop. Uganda Bar is just a short walk down Simtat Beit HaBad, on your right.

Head southeast on Yigal Alon Street, then turn right onto Beit HaBad Street.
