If you are near Herzliya Marina, start walking north towards the main road, Sderot HaSharon. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Sderot Tchernichovsky. Turn left onto Sderot Tchernichovsky and walk for about 500 meters. You will see Lokhmot ha-Sho'a Square on your right, just past the intersection with Rehov HaGadot.
