Bus
From central Holon, head to the Holon Central Bus Station. Look for bus lines 7 or 56 that head towards Jerusalem. Once on the bus, enjoy the ride which will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to get off at the 'Ein Karem' stop in Jerusalem, which is well-marked. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to the main attractions of Ein Karem.
Train and Bus
Walk to the Holon Junction Train Station. Take the train towards Tel Aviv and transfer at the Tel Aviv Savidor Central Station to catch a train heading to Jerusalem. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Malha Station, exit and look for bus number 18, which goes to Ein Karem. Get off at the 'Ein Karem' stop, and you’ll be just a short stroll from the main sites.
Shared Taxi (Sherut)
Head to a nearby shared taxi (sherut) stop in Holon. Look for a sherut heading to Jerusalem. These shared taxis can be slightly faster than buses and will drop you off in the city. Once you arrive in Jerusalem, ask the driver to drop you off at Ein Karem or follow the signs to the area, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the drop-off point.
