From Holon, head to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 1 towards Tel Aviv. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Allenby St' stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes east on Allenby Street until you reach the Great Synagogue at Allenby St 110.

Make your way to the Holon-Wolfson train station. Purchase a ticket to the Tel Aviv Savidor Central station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Savidor station, exit and take bus number 25 or 26 from the nearby bus stop. Ride for about 10 minutes, then get off at the 'Allenby St' stop. Walk east for about 5 minutes to reach the Great Synagogue at Allenby St 110.

If you prefer to walk, start at the Holon Cinematheque. Head north on Sokolov Street towards the main road, which is Ha-Roeh Street. Continue straight, and then turn left onto Shlomo Ha-Melech Street. Walk until you reach Allenby Street. Turn right and continue walking for about 3 kilometers until you arrive at the Great Synagogue at Allenby St 110.
