If you are farther away in Tel Aviv, you can take the bus. Look for bus lines that stop near Neve Tzedek, such as lines 10 or 13, which connect various parts of the city to the area. Get off at the 'Shabazi/HaAliya' stop and then walk east towards Yehuda ha-Levi Street; turn left and continue for a few minutes until you reach the synagogue at Yehuda ha-Levi St 13. A one-way bus ticket costs about 5.90 ILS and can be purchased at ticket machines or on the bus.
