Bus
From Holon, walk to the nearest bus stop (e.g., 'Holon Junction'). Take bus number 7 or 18 heading towards Tel Aviv. Get off at the 'Tel Aviv - Central Bus Station' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 480 towards Jerusalem. Once you arrive in Jerusalem, get off at the 'Jaffa Gate' stop. Walk towards the Old City, and continue walking until you reach New Gate 39, which is the Sandrouni Armenian Ceramic Center.

Walk to the Holon-Wolfson train station. Take the train towards Tel Aviv Savidor Center. Transfer at the 'Tel Aviv Savidor Center' station to the train heading to Jerusalem. After arriving at the Jerusalem Yitzhak Navon station, exit and take bus number 99 towards the Old City. Get off at the 'Jaffa Gate' stop. Walk towards the Old City and then continue to New Gate 39 to reach the Sandrouni Armenian Ceramic Center.
