From the center of Holon, head to the Holon Central Bus Station. Look for Bus Line 40 or 45, which will take you towards Jerusalem. The journey may take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station, you can walk to St. Mark's Church, which is about a 20-minute walk from there. Exit the station onto Jaffa Street and head towards the Old City. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with King David Street, then turn left. Follow King David Street until you reach the church located at the end of the road.

Walk to the Holon Junction Train Station. Take the train towards Tel Aviv and transfer at the Tel Aviv Savidor Center Station to a train going towards Jerusalem. The train ride may take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem Train Station, you can either take a taxi or walk.
