From the center of Modi'in, head to the Modi'in train station. Catch bus line 299 towards Jerusalem. The bus will take you directly to the central bus station in Jerusalem, which is your best starting point. The ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus station, follow the signs for the Light Rail station.
