Walking
From the Clock Tower in Jaffa, head south on Yefet Street for about 500 meters. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jerusalem Boulevard (HaJerusalem Street). Turn left onto Jerusalem Boulevard and walk for approximately 300 meters. You will see the Al-Bahr Mosque on your right, just off the main road.

If you are near the Jaffa Port, take bus number 18 from the Jaffa Port bus stop. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Mikve Israel' stop. From there, walk east on Mikve Israel Street for about 200 meters until you reach Jerusalem Boulevard. Turn right and walk for another 100 meters. The Al-Bahr Mosque will be on your left.
