Walking
From the center of Jaffa, start at the Jaffa Clock Tower. Head east along Yefet Street until you reach the intersection with Jerusalem Boulevard. Turn left onto Jerusalem Boulevard and continue straight. You will eventually enter the city of Jerusalem. Follow the signs towards the Old City, where you will find Mary's Spring located near the foot of the Mount of Olives.

From Jaffa, walk to the nearest bus stop on Jerusalem Boulevard. Take bus number 240, which goes directly to Jerusalem. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Old City' stop, and from there, follow the signs to Mary's Spring, which is within walking distance.

Walk to the nearest train station in Jaffa, which is the Tel Aviv HaHagana station. Take a train heading towards Jerusalem. Once you arrive at the Jerusalem train station, exit and take bus number 74 or 75 towards the Old City.
